Ticket upgrades, extra hotel nights and trip insurance are published at NET RATES and are subject to change prior to confirmation of order. Special conditions exist for trip insurance; brochure available upon request.
Conditions
All prices are subject to change without prior notice to confirmation of order. Written confirmation of order is mailed upon receipt of required payments.
All payments to TSE Sports and Entertainment are non-refundable and no refunds or credit will be given for any reason including but not limited to the following: reductions in group size, unused tours, and reservations cancelled due to failure of purchaser to comply with the terms and conditions listed herein.
TSE Sports and Entertainment cannot guarantee adjacent seats for more than two (2) people.
TSE Sports and Entertainment reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal status and alter itinerary.
TSE Sports and Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, at its sole option, any reservation.
If TSE Sports and Entertainment cancels reservations without cause attributable to purchaser, a full refund will be remitted to the cancelled party.
Passenger Name List must be received no later than 21 days prior to the start of tour, at which time travel documents will be issued. Any names received or changed after 21 days prior to tour will be assessed a $25 per occurrence administrative fee.
Passenger must check into the hotel room on scheduled arrival day of package to avoid being considered a "no show".
If a passenger is a "no show", TSE Sports and Entertainment is not responsible for providing any portions of package to the traveler or purchaser.
Purchaser acknowledges that TSE Sports and Entertainment is acting as an independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, tours, event tickets and cruises and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delays or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. TSE Sports and Entertainment shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, and/or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the company's control. By embarking upon his/her behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

Any reference to specific events herein is made only for the clear identification and reference for potential clients of TSE Sports and Entertainment and reference to a specific event or use of photographs is not intended to imply nor should it be understood or assumed that TSE Sports and Entertainment is endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise affiliated with the organizers and/or sponsors of events referenced herein.
Notice Regarding Tickets
TSE Sports and Entertainment obtains tickets for events in various fashions and at various times. TSE Sports and Entertainment is not necessarily in physical possession of admission tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. Federal regulations govern special event tours where interstate or foreign air transportation is involved. In situations where TSE Sports and Entertainment is not in physical possession of tickets to any event at the time of booking or an equivalent (such as voucher therefore) or contracts defined by the pertinent federal regulations, booking may not be accepted without specific written acknowledgement from the client and/or traveler setting forth the specific terms and conditions applicable to that tour. Where noted, sums allotted for event admission tickets are based upon our contracted and/or anticipated acquisition price of the event admission ticket shall neither increase nor decrease the package price of any previously confirmed booking(s): PLEASE ALSO BE ADVISED THAT TSE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT HAS NEVER FAILED TO DELIVER AN EVENT TICKET.
